Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Chetty Exports®, we strive to deliver the highest level of satisfaction with our EXIM Buddy Consulting Services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read the following policy carefully regarding cancellations and refunds for our consulting services.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@chettyexports.com.

  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered without any penalty.

  • For cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the consultation, clients are eligible to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Refunds will not be available.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation, no refunds will be provided. Clients may request a reschedule, but it will be subject to consultant availability.

1.2 Chetty Exports-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Chetty Exports® has to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide clients the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Consultation Services

  • If a cancellation request is submitted 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation, clients will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be given for services canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session, except in special cases approved by management.

  • In case of dissatisfaction with the services provided, refund requests can be submitted for review within 7 days after the session. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of the concern.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. However, rescheduling may be considered based on consultant availability and discretion.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the consultation may be subject to consultant availability.

5. TDS Deduction on Refunds

As per Indian tax laws, refunds issued to clients may be subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). The applicable amount will be deducted before the refund is processed.
